No. Klarvo Plumbing is an independent marketing and referral service that helps connect homeowners with licensed, independent plumbing professionals in their local area. We do not perform plumbing work, hold plumbing licenses, or employ plumbers or field technicians.
No. Calling (888) 997-1966 is free for homeowners and there is no obligation to hire anyone. Participating providers pay to take part in the network; you are never charged by us.
An independent third-party contractor. Any estimate, schedule, warranty or guarantee is agreed directly between you and that contractor. Klarvo Plumbing is not a party to that agreement.
Availability, response times and pricing depend on provider participation, location, technician availability and demand, and are not guaranteed. We are unable to promise a response time on behalf of an independent provider.

Yes. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to confirm that any contractor holds the licenses, bonding and insurance required in their state or municipality before work begins.
Common residential issues including clogged drains, sewer backups, water heaters, leak detection, leaking or burst pipes, toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, sump pumps, gas lines and well pumps.
Our network focuses on residential plumbing. If your request is commercial, mention it when you call and we will tell you whether we can help.
If water is actively causing damage and it is safe to do so, shut off the supply at the main valve first. If you smell gas, leave the property and contact your gas utility or emergency services before calling anyone else.
